Joker: Folie à Deux
audience Reviews
, 31% Audience Score- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI slept in the first half and the second half.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsConsidering the ratings, I was expecting the worst from this but I was pleasantly surprised. Probably the only musical that I have ever enjoyed, with it playing a central role in examining the descent into madness.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsReally enjoayble, would recommend. The twist at the end which solidified the inconsistencies during the first and second movie was brilliantly thought out. The musical parts could have been a bit shorter, but I felt it was necessary to get across the delusional fantasising that Arther and Lee are going through. The hate for this movie is massively over the top and uncalled for. Well done for the studio for taking a risk, instead of peddling out some safe and predictable cookie cutter joker movie.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI only gave it 2 stars because of Lady Gagas character and acting. Other than this, it has to be the absolute worst portrayal of the iconic character, The Joker. He is a wimp, loser, and it never gets any better. Whomever wrote this script obviously wanted to try to trash the Joker character. He is nothing like the Joker. Lady Gagas character was more of a Joker the Joaquin's character. Do yourself a favor and just don't watch it.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Lady Gaga performance was horrible. The ending was horrible. 90 percent of the movie was singing. It had nothing to do with the joker character. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsCompletely confusing story , albeit great acting from JP- don’t expect a Gotham city character classic- , little real action - the version with Heath Ledger better
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsI think this is a good movie but not a good joker movie it’s a good Arthur fleck movie and I really like it
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat seeing this version of Joker and Harley together!
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsAbsolute waste of a sequel . What mr phoenix thought he was doing signing up for this after that initial Oscar winning performance baffles me . Ignore the pretentious critic reviews applauding this pile of tosh.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsNot a bad movie. If you're looking for Joker becoming the Joker we know, you'll be very disappointed. It's a story about mentally ill people, set in Gotham city. It is very slow at times. Is it a good comic book/super villain movie? No Is it a bad movie? Also no. Manage your expectations and you will come away going 'yeah, that was fine'.
