The movie solely hinges on the all-in performances from its actors.

    Entertaining. Worth a watch

Jumanji, the movie that made it popular to make movies about getting sucked into videogames. Jokes aside, this movie is brilliant. The jokes are well timed, the action builds up and the conflicts come and go in a pretty good flow! Actually it is pretty well shown how many videogames work (besides the fact that it was happening in a literal Atari 2600).

A poor adaptation of the first movie, full of cheap laughs.

I watched the original years and years ago and really enjoyed it. Most of the time it feels like reboots don't work, but I think this one really was well done. The chemistry between Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson is fantastic in this. The story was well done, and it was a nice spin that they incorporated Jumanji into a gaming system for the reboot. This was a great reboot and is worth the watch.

An actually very fun movie that provided good action, and a funny moment here and there
  • Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars
Slightly better than you would think for a movie entirely comprised of movie stars, as opposed to actual actors, not at all similar to the original movie but it's still not bad.

Love everything about this movie! People don’t talk about it enough. The humor and cast are amazing. Go to movie to watch over and over again, especially when I need a pick me up!

Entertaining for kids and for families. Nothing I can fault in this movie but 3 stars is enough.
