This movie began Elvis' film career, and showed how versatile and volatile of an actor he could be.

Elvis Presley knows a way for real love and real music!

This movie sums up why Elvis was the greatest. Stylish and masculine at the same time hardly exists in this day and age. Every young man should be encouraged to watch this. The scene where he sings Trouble while looking straight into the eyes of Walter Mathau's mobster is Hollywood gold.

Captivating. Electrifying. Stunning. One of the must see movies starring Elvis Presley, to boot.

King Creole is the story of a lost, angry teenager who gets mixed up in the underbelly of New Orleans. Along the way, he sings A LOT. King Creole is not a great movie by any stretch of the imagine. The acting is just okay, but the script is good and the music even better. Elvis gives a competent performance as a dramatic actor, and a stellar performance as the musical talent. He has a stage performance that is truly magnetic and mesmerizing. Recommended.

Movie pretty stinko in every way. Stinko sing, stinko act. Older-than-Blobbo girls hypnotized. Blobbo not care why.
