Last Moment of Clarity
audience Reviews
, 23% Audience Score- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsJust finished watching on Amazon. I liked the movie. Some typical twists, plots and turns. Movie moved along quickly, kept my attention. Just seems all familiar, like I've seen some of this before...
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsChainkin, weavong, and cox are their usual fantastic selved, but the lead guy fell flat and brought the movie down. The writing could have been better as the dialogue fell flat in several places and did not ring true and felt cheap. Good idea for a story tho.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsSpoilers: Any film with Samara Weaving, Brian Cox and Carly Chaikin (loved her as sister in Mr. Robot) is worth a look. The cruel might say the last moment of clarity was just before the meandering movie started. But this one actually grew on me. Samara is such a beauty but with the kicker: she can act. Brian was a surprising throwaway, coulda been played by anybody. For my moviegoing money, Carly stole the show. The twist at the end was not so believable, as this poor shlub spends the whole movie living out his burning love for one woman, then he getsher back, then he walks away from her for Carly, with a glib, hey, we all change. Whatever. One critic called the leading man, Zack, "almost as bad an actor as Vin Diesel." Again, whatever. Carly jumped up and grabbed Zack by the collar and pulled him along, this former friend for whom she surely was carrying a torch since high school. And she did work her way on him. Very funny role as she played the rebellious maverick to the hilt, part Jewish voice and sensibility. All in all, at the end, I was glad I watched it.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is one of the slowesr and ridiculous movies I have ever watched. One of the most disorganized and boring movies I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Ugh...just awful. They give you no clue what the movie is about.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsZack Avery, the main star in this film was sentenced to tweny years in prison for a ponzi scheme involving this movie and several others he produced or stared in. That was the reason I chose to watch the film. Story line and photography wasn't bad. The script needed a little help, but overall I thought it was above average.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsIf the story had been told in half the time, it would have been twice as good.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsSome bits wrapped up too neatly, but it was thrilling and def a bit of mystery- great cinematography. Genuinely wasn’t sure how it would end but thoroughly enjoyed
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsA movie that is being told in a serious and realistic way but has no sense of realism with its script that ultimately makes you wish you never even started the film in the first place. NEVER EVER WATCH FILM.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starswatch this movie its so great i love this movie so much and not in a so bad its good way i love this movie the acting is great the twist and turns are great watch this movie
