Last Straw

It’s really tough to like any of the characters in this movie, and after a twist midway through, it gets pretty boring.

Please, please, DO NOT believe the 79%! This is a terrible, boring film. I fail to see how it was even made. The female main character is incredibly unlikeable, the rest of the characters have no real motives for their actions, certainly not that would explain their nonsense behaviour. Bizarre and not even worth 5 minutes of your time.

Not great. A lot of reviews said it had tons of twists and turns. It doesn’t. It has one twist but it’s a bit of a stretch that isn’t really surprising and feels drawn out. I felt bored and the ending isn’t satisfying. It does have realistic kills.

Last Straw is pretty straight forward with no twists or turns as it's predictable. In fact I was able to predict what was to happen before it occurred. The movie is pretty realistic with it's violence and kill scenes. The problem I had with this film was that the story line was pretty linear throughout without much substance. I was looking and hoping for more but then sadly dissapointed. The movie kind of has a Strangers film vibe toward the beginning but then that quickly fades away when we learn who the major players are. Last Straw still manages to get more right then wrong in it's 90 minute run time. Last Straw gets a solid 2 1/2 stars out of 5 from me.

It starts off good but when we realize it's not what it seems it was disappointing. Nancy was cool but she's not the best Nancy we've had. Tim Treakle

I absolutely hate how they wrote her as so bishy. Unnecessary curse words and unrealistic amounts of anger. Made her whole character unlikeable and really didn't care if she was attacked. I shut it off.

!!!!!!!!POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!!!!! I'm not going to go on and on about the film. Yes there are clichès and so on. But it's very clever and filmed quite well. The way the characters interact with each other. The way it makes you feel like a typical film. Then they twist it just a bit to keep you just wanting to see what's next. But yes I would definitely recommend this film to anyone. I would even rewatch it myself w/friends.!!!!!!!POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!!!! Just have issue with the why after stabbing him after all that. Why not go back to the police car? If you couldn't drive it at least you at had the radio for help, but to run??? It was all filmed great and had you in the moment. But even still that's the one thing that sticks with me, why run? But again would recommend and rewatch.

Can't help but feel the concept misses the mark characters have been cliche but it's well shot

"my baby" was one of the stupidest closing lines I've ever heard. but I did really like the rest of it. it's a fairly fresh take on a familiar storyline & I thought it was executed really well. i'd recommend it.

Loved this! Decent plot, interesting characters, some little twists aswel. Very cleverly made. I like that the actress played her character a little different from usual protagonists. I think it gives these type of films a completely different vibe. It's to framiliar that the central character is this perfect , innocent and mousey victim. I mean how many of us are actually like that when we're young lol?
