Anyone who doesn't love this film has never been a teenage girl and thus is not allowed an opinion. It's perfect cinema.

This film is more of a comedy then a horror film so don't take it seriously. The cast was great and so was the directing. I think it's the best horror comedy this year. It also has some surprising social commentary.

The 80s gothic theme and Newton's dark and nebulous performance give the film, and the monster, a shock of love capable of waking a corpse.

While the pacing needs a lot of work—some scenes went on for what seemed like forever—this still was campy and fun.

There's a lot of room for improvement here— so many what ifs. The ending felt like a cliffhanger; I want to know what happens next. Don't get me wrong, I love mysterious characters, but I really want to know more about The Creature. It really deserves a sequel because there are questions that needs to be answered. Nevertheless, it's a fun movie to watch with your friends.

Picture this: Romeo and Juliet get a jolt of lightning from Dr. Frankenstein, and you've got 'Lisa Frankenstein.' This flick? It's a killer '80s thriller-romance that seriously delivers. The acting? Top-notch, especially our leading lady. She nails that awkward, angsty teen vibe, and watching her go from shy wallflower to full-blown badass? Pure cinematic gold. The pacing? Solid. The setting? Seriously atmospheric, like stepping into a perfectly curated '80s fever dream. And the music? Bangin'. Honestly, it's hard to find a real fault here. They clearly poured their hearts into this one. Yeah, maybe it wasn't exact/y my demo, but I can't deny the craft. There were a couple of tiny cohesion hiccups, but who cares? They're like, dust motes in a neon-lit room. Bottom line: 'Lisa Frankenstein' is a total win. It's got that perfect blend of creepy and romantic, making it ideal for date night or movie night with friends. Guys, gals, everyone's gonna dig it. It's a wild, stylish ride that'll leave you buzzing. Trust me, you won't regret hitting play. The only real downside is it's been done before. But if you enjoy these archetypes and this type of storylines. You'll be right at home.

Lisa Frankenstein is perfectly fine, and occasionally it's actually pretty damn fun, thanks in no small part to the very good Kathryn Newton who gets a chance to properly shine after being underserved last year in Quantumania. The main drawback here is that the film is simply too surface-level to feel as truly weird and off-kilter as it wants to be.

I thought the movie was Stupid funny my kind of movie. The cast was great I could knot stop laughing. I loved the 80's theme. Because I was born in the 80's.

Say what u want about this film, but I really loved it. Even thought I was born in '09, I really liked the 80's reference and the story is very creative and original for a generation focused on sequals.
