Man of Steel is an excellent Superman film that stands out for presenting a slightly more serious version of the hero. The film mainly focuses on the protagonist's origin and development. It seeks to show Clark Kent's difficulty in discovering who he really is and who he should be, presenting his development with his non-biological parents. It tries to add a romance with Lois Lane, but it is very superficial. The movie perfectly manages the drama and the action scenes, which are great. It has a very good cast. The feature film is independent, despite having elements already presented in other films or other types of media. I recommend it to those who like productions of this genre.

This movie shows baby genitalia… the pacing, acting, and story on how he became Superman is terrible.

Henry Cavill' Superman will always reign higher. Best casting, best fights. They can never top the battle between Superman and Zod.

This movie are good, the fight scene are amazing and the score are also well done. But the movie are kinda slow and this version of Superman was very different, regardless it's still a fun movie to watch especially as a blockbuster movie.

A true scientific-grounded film that allows people to understand the main ideas of extraterrestrial life, adequation of planets for a species' survival, space exploration importance and also gives basic formation about the meaning of the existence of the last son of Krypton. A serious plot with action that makes us think how would this fact of finding out that we are not alone be. Exciting from beginning to end, interesting, modern, full of thrill. The best continuation for the idea of serious superheroes in the DC Universe after Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight. I still have not forgotten the first time I watched this movie, and also the manners in which it helped me to develop some reflections about our place in the Universe.
