The twist is pretty good, honestly. The performances and tone are kind of all over the place

The premise and the ending, which take a painfully long and amateurish time to reach, redeem this movie considerably, but it's got some REALLY bad stuff in the meantime.

I didn’t love it, but it’s worth watching. The kids gave good acting. The writing needs some work. It wasn’t scary at all if that’s what you were looking for. The surprise was pretty good.

Thought it was bland until the twists come in and I fell in love. Great kid actors, and twists that don’t linger and let you enjoy the moment

Utter nonsense.... the critics who give this movie 91% rating shows that critics should never be trusted( since they have given fast and the furious series high ratings too)... don't waste tour time simple!

Most of the acting is subpar. The storyline is ridiculous and nonsensical. And then the ‘surprise’ ending is supposed to clear everything up and save the movie. Doesn’t

This is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. It is not a horror movie and is just awful.

The only redeeming quality I found was the creativeness of the reveal at the end, but mostly the story just dragged on and was difficult to enjoy
