Moana 2

This movie was good Moana had to come bac but I think that the only thing that I like was the songs and thinking about the plot the only good part FOR ME was when they had to battle the villain.

It's certainly not peak cinema, but it's a sweet film with some interesting moments, and a good film for small children to watch, with themes that both they can understand are are not painfully boring for us.

Wow… just wow… this movie was just awful! I really LOVED the first Moana movie and have watched it too many times to count but two just made me angry. It felt forced, like a money grab, and was no better than a bad after school special. The music seemed like it would have been better suited for a Broadway musical rather than a pacific island themed movie. There were a couple of songs that were feel and theme appropriate but for the most part they were high drama, serious, soulless songs that didn’t feel like they belonged in the movie at all. My beloved Heihei had minimal scenes and Alan Tudyk did an amazing job voicing him. I could have done without Pua. He is a weak side kick that was useless in the film. This film lacked the original Moana’s magic and really tarnished a beloved film.

It was fine but it felt so flat compared to the first one. Most of the songs felt like they were copying the first movies songs but didn't catch the same feeling. Even the journey feels like a copy of the last movie. It feel really rushed especially with the side characters. Her sister is cute but really unnecessary. Moana herself... There are times i feel like the writers didn't watch the first movie. Again its fine. I wouldn't get annoyed if my kids wants to watch it again but i would probably be just as bored. Ps. The slime moster took half of a star away all on its own. Why!? Just why!?

Woah! When I thought a bugs life was mid this movie gets the award for the most mid movie ever! The first one was great, but they just had to make another one!

As an Aunt, my nephew loved the first movie. Naturally when the second came out I didn't expect me to like it as much as I did. The songs are so good and there were times where I accidently cried. On top of all that, the animation was so smooth and beautiful. Beautiful movie!

could've been better but yeah it rushed a little bit at the end

Slightly worse than the first movie, but only slightly. It doesn't add anything more to the world and just reuses the same logic as the first one, with even more signing parts to it. Theres some new characters and creatures but it's a very copy pasted format. The CGI was probably the best thing about this movie, it was very well done; even more so than the first movie.
