Why aren't people talking about this movie, "Moon Students"? This story isn't just about the pandemic, it's about class and race and how marginalized people are asking for their part of the American dialogue. That's real talk stuff.
Aaaaand it's entertaining and well acted. In fact, the acting is so on point that I totally forgot that I was even watching actors at all, which is the goal. Kudos to Eddie Navarro and Sydney Carvill. I hope they get more juicy roles like these, This is inspiring work that people should see. Seriously, check this one out, you wont be sorry you did.

I think that it reminds me of what is great and fun and compelling about independent film! It is challenging but full of love and insight. Give it a try. You will not regret it!
