- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsA terrible film that was made in the likeness of a soap opera. Do not watch
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsMothers and daughters is a drama movie that talks about the different lifes of different mothers and how they solve their problems in New York City. Great work that Paul Duddridge and Nigel Levy have done directing this movie. The movie is starring by Courteney Cox playing Beth, the 90's TV series Friends star; Susan Sarandon playing Millie, since the 70's an amazing Hollywood star, nominated 5 times to the Oscars, and winner of a Golden Globe and an Emmy; and other great actors and actresses like Selma Blair as Rigby, Christina Ricci as Rebecca and Sharon Stone as Nina, all of them having great performances in this great movie. It should be noted the fact that this movie is the great product of the hard work of all the production team. Mothers and Daughters shows cases of real life, really important, like misbirth, adoption, getting pregnant too young, and it shows that there is nothing more important than the love of the family. The movie has an excellent production team, the cinematography takes an important place in this movie, they choose the right places and the right type of camera takes. On the other hand, the lights and soundtrack are impressive, they are perfect for the moment and makes you feel the same. There are many great scenes where you feel like you just want to know what happens and it's just great because you get into the movie. Finally, I recommend this movie to everyone, because it explains really life cases, which must be taken with seriousness and responsibility. This movie, front my point of view, deserves a 9 out of 10.
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsA bizarrely misogynistic film
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSo much Botox and garbage acting... was bored in the first 15 minutes.

- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsVery slow movie but compelling to watch...
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm not sure why the majority found this movie such a disaster. I found it very moving and heartfelt. Although I was anticipating something a bit different than the story played out, it was still a lovely reflection amongst a series of characters regarding their relationships with their mothers and I found it to be worth recommending.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSlow, Mary wouldn't watch, I didn't pay attention when I watched.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe women's perspective, about the women's troubles! It seems like a sequel to the recent film 'Fathers & Daughters'. But it was not and the narration had multiple layers. The stories of mothers and daughters, about their relationship and other related things. A feature film directional debut for the television filmmakers. Based on no book, but an original screenplay. The problem was the confusing narration, all the characters, too many of them stuffed together. Even the editing was not that convincing, though the actors were really good. A hard hitting, women oriented film as the title hints. Takes time to feel comfortable, but worth a wait. Focused on topics like pregnancy and other troubles in life, but all are concerned between women. So it's not a romance, but at the end, it ends as one. There are men too, though they doesn't count, hence no big names of the male actors. There's no big issue with the film, except it looks like neither theatrical or television film, but comes between them. At least some people would appreciate the effort, but most won't, particularly film critics didn't like it. So I believe you will make a right choice on this. 6/10
