Paul, Apostle of Christ

I found this on Amazon prime. This is an amazing film and I am shocked that I have never seen it. It was beautiful and brilliant and I bawled like a baby at the end. Paul was an amazing disciple of Christ and his letters are read constantly as part of the mass. This has made me get my bible and begin reading Acts,

Christian movies are never going to be 100% accurate so that's always an expectation before hand. I must say this movie had me engaged from start to finish. Even though we know how the story ends, it's still disappointing to see the loss of life, Paul's and the other prisoners in such a gruesome fashion.

Hands down, one of the best movies i have ever seen, great acting and the most important message.

Incredible movie. Paul's character was the closest I've seen to any NT rendition of him. This movie captures first century persecution for Christians in Rome better than I've seen in any Christian movie. Although it clearly took liberties historically in many events, it was very accurate as to what most likely was going on in the church at Rome during the time of Paul's imprisonment, and during Neronian persecution.

Absolutely amazing and captivating film!

3 and a half out of 5. This depiction of Paul is a beauty, and the drama of it is well enough but could be better. It is a powerful film with the different letters by Paul being depicted in where it leads to the power of God overtaking evil at the end of the film in great ways. It is also touching too. Everyone should be watching this in these end times before Revelation! Jesus is our only hope!

Uninteresting characters who are just sitting there talking throughout the entire movie. Had a bad time watching and do not recommend it. The most boring movie I've watched in a long time.
