Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 is a nice sequel to the first film though it does not match up in quality. Nevertheless, the kooky hijinks and overall fun vibe to the movie just made it a fun time. This isn’t your high art kind of movie, there’s a very specific audience that this is going to appeal too. If you like Kevin James and those types of movies, this will definitely appeal to you, if you’re not a fan of these types of comedies, it’s probably not for you. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this one enough to give it a decent review, it’s funny enough to just enjoy some popcorn and kill 90 minutes.

This is the best movie ever. Better each time I watch it.

An unnecessary film that was a far cry from the last. Had one ok chuckle through the movie. A waste of 90 minutes.

Unfortunately like many sequels, it can't measure up to the first movie and presents a lack of comedy comapred to the original.

This is a “bad movie” in terms of the foundations built by actually good films but i cant deny the humor and enjoyability you get when sitting through it

I am one of those people who grew up watching the first "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" and genuinely think it is a guilty pleasure of mine. It's a silly comedy with a good heart and entertainment value, and is pretty solid considering it is also rated PG. This second movie is just plain awful and unnecessary. There are a couple of chuckles but for the most part, the jokes fall flat and the movie is boring and not engaging. I can't believe this movie was okayed by anyone involved if I am being honest. Overall, it is one of the worst comedy movies and I think it is completely skippable, especially for fans of the first one.

Not as great as the original but Kevin James nails the character once again!
