Hilarious with a great performance from the great Julie Walters

Salacious comedy directed by Monty Python's Terry Jones. Julie Walters is great in this and there are plenty of scattered guffaws but the film lacks something. It's not exactly very well structured and there's no real compelling narrative; however, it is engaging enough but by no means a 'must-see'.

This is sexual escapades at the over-the-top. DIrty old men and the girls that love them.

Brilliant performance by Julie Walters! Great quote when she's being questioned - Copper: "You will go down for this!" Christine: "I only go down for a price dear and I doubt you could afford it!"

Julie Walters shows off her versatility in this bio-pic of a 1980s professional dominatrix who famously catered for a predominantly middle-class clientèle. She plays the part with great sympathy and humanity, and her effortless comedic talent shines through at the appropriate moments. A fascinating story told by a great actress. Highly recommended.

Delightful British comedy/drama, well defined and developed characters. Julie Walters is terrific as always. Fun cast, interesting story well directed. It has a few slow spots, but overall, very entertaining.
