Preacher's Kid

Letoya Luckett did an excellent job as a young, innocent church girl who met the devil in Babbs, a washed out R&B singer. After leaving a very restrictive home and church, she pursued a career on stage. Clifton Powell, who did well as a gruff yet caring stage manager, tried to warn her about the coming heartbreak. It’s a great coming of age and first heartbreak film. Luckett can certainly sing and her music adds greatly to the movie.

this actually one of my favorite movies , i just wish that she had a chance to make it big instead of going back.

This movie is good.I watched it like a hundred times.It teaches you that you should never get in a relationship with someone that will hurt or bring you down.
