I watched this on DVD recently, where it carried the title of 'Injustice', but it's definately the same film. It's based on a true story about corruption in corporate America's hospital supply chain. At first, that didn't sound as if it had the makings of a good film, but surprisingly it is very interesting and absorbing to watch. Chris Evan's takes the lead role, and I thought he performed well, developing the human aspects of his character, and the life conflicts he has to handle as the law case builds. If nothing else, the film feels real, and pulls no punches when describing the issues underlying the case. The story has a few twists to keep our attention, and some of the cinematography is visually interesting and engaging, especially early on. My only criticism is that the film ends rather too abruptly, as I was anticipating a grand court room finale which was simply covered in a foot note. Over all, I liked the film, and would recommend it.

It's deluded by standard Hollywood direction, but the story behind Puncture and Evans giving everything he has to bring it to life make this a satisfying watch.

This was such a well told story about something I knew very little about. I remember when these needles started being used, but I didn't know the story behind how hard it was to get them to the nurses who needed them the most. It's terribly sad when money is a top priority over the lives that save us. I truly enjoyed this movie.

Almost stuck the landing! but didn't.

A very good movie that is actually based on a true story and Chis Evan gives his best performance of his entire career.

Very well done, and great job by Evans. Goes to show the extent of corruption, corruption that exists in many industries. Good to see this real-world story turned out for the good.

An amazing performance by Chris Evans. This movie really brought out some of his acting potential. I watched it multiple times, and will watch it multiple more!

This film is also known as 'Injustice'. A very, very poor movie that is a gross injustice to all the victims of one of the greatest scandals of the 20th Century that forms the premise for this film. A powerful story with a deeply flawed but heroic protagonist is given a low budget student film makeover. Unimaginatively directed, poorly shot and emotionally flat. The soundtrack is truly awful. Only Chris Evans comes out with any credit, though the story needed an actor with more flair. If Scorcese and Di Caprio had taken on this true story instead of 'The Wolf of Wall Street', they could have produced a masterpiece.
