A low budget British film with a rather contrived plot and cliched ending. The underlying social message of the attitude to foreign domestic help is not subtle and does not help. Occasionally the acting feels amateurish but that may lay with the script.

Very good movie, requires more than one viewing, good acting and well made.

Director Paris Zarcilla comes up with an inventive horror film that serves as commentary on today's immigration issues.

Slow burner about a housekeeper who carries her daughter around in a suitcase and hides her in closets, story ends with a fizzle.

Very original story... it had a good twist! Problem Child meets Skeleton Key!

It was pretty good for awhile but just got too outrageous and ridiculous. The ending was really lame. I'd never want to watch it again. Don't bother.

It's a good horror movie with an underlying message on immigration in the UK. Not wow but okay.

Started off ok, then got really stupid. I really don't understand how anyone could rate this movie beyond anything more than a 1 star. Pure garbage.
  • Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
Like some of the better sociopolitical movies, it picks up on a lot of themes that most would rather not bring out of the shadows. The emotion is genuine. The entertainment part is necessary to get the audience to stay with it. Enjoyable and intelligent, and fair in the end.
