- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNo words, amazing movie!!
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsI would say this movies biggest advantage is spreading the word of endangered animals rights. Other than that, this movie seems to be base level film quality that will resonate with the kids for about an hour
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFrom a birds eye view, magic can happen for real in Rio. Originally, this was about a penguin being marooned to Brazillian land until Carlos Saldhana discovered movies like Happy Feet & Surfs Up, meaning it had to be changed for more originality. It's shake up still stayed in Rio, but it focused of another type of bird, a blue Spix macaw, endangered at the time, going to CSs hometown to be a wild & have a mate to save the one of his kind! The movie put a moral in which is that these sorts of birds are better off in wild areas because that is where they feel happier. Blue Sky tended to give actors who never had voice roles voice roles, that being Jesse Eisenburg voicing the main one Blu who's nerdy voice makes him seem to funny & fits out all the situations he is in & being a bit forced to mate with Jewel. For a family, this is a good choice for watching with its catchy musical beats & soundtrack, vibrant colours & carnival events. This is a special thing for Carlos Saldhana, the movie was also his love letter to the place (he is Brazillian).
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthe film learned of Ice Age, Happy Feet and Angry Birds.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsIt really is a good movie. (Maybe the fact that I'm Brazilian will affect my opinion). It's an entertaining movie, I thought it was well written and I recommend watching it when you have time. I thought the script was predictable, but excellent. It's a cliché that works really well, I understand the success of this movie, I recommend it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis movie is so cool! The first time I ever saw Rio was in the game Angry Birds Rio. I didn't know that Rovio partnered with Blue Sky.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this movie so much! I grew up with it, I am now almost twenty, and this movie is subjectively one of my favourite of all time.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsNot that riveting compared to some of the other Pixar adjacent movies.
