Rush Hour 3
audience Reviews
, 63% Audience Score- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsRush Hour 3 was alright, but not as good as Rush Hour 2 or the original. But still it was super funny and action-packed. But I still liked Rush Hour 3.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHilarious, classic and deserves higher ratings.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI went into "Rush Hour 3" not expecting it to surpass the first two classics, and it didn’t—but I still had a great time with it. The dynamic between Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker remains the highlight, even if it doesn’t hit as hard as before. The humor was a mixed bag for me; some jokes landed perfectly (like the hilarious nun translation scene), while others felt like they were trying a bit too hard. The action sequences were decent, but they lacked the same spark that made the earlier films iconic. That said, the Paris setting did add a fresh backdrop, and the Eiffel Tower showdown was a fun touch. Max von Sydow and Hiroyuki Sanada brought some added gravitas, but the story itself felt a little predictable and lacked the charm of the first two films. Still, as a fan of the franchise, it was nice to see the duo back on screen one last time. If you’re a fan of the series, it’s worth watching for the nostalgia, the laughs, and a few genuinely great moments. It’s not the strongest in the trilogy, but it’s an entertaining sendoff.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBy the 3rd film, the chemistry between these guys is the star of the show and the friendship (odd couple) shines through. The cab driver is undoubtedly a dark horse in this one. I wish they would have made a 4th film.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsRush Hour 3 is just fine. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan don’t disappoint, but it was the story chosen that didn’t maintain their energy. Something in the film needed to match the first two to keep this entertaining franchise at an even level as the first two films. Grading: C
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsNot be the best trilogy and some of the jokes are great and others are too racial and offensive and there's a bit of weirdness behind the camera with Brett Ratner's perverted style.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsDefinitely not a classic as the first two film,s but it still made me laugh and the story overall made sense.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsAfter rewatching the first 2 on Netflix, finally saw this third..and it’s pretty good. Don’t get the critics hate for it at all. Maybe people were tired of buddy cop movies by then..anyway Roman Polanski ? Max Von Sydow? Over alol another good 90 minute action movie! (Remember those). Recommend for fans who missed it the first time, like me.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI think that even though it’s not the worst movie in the world, it comes nowhere close to the comedy and action in the first two Rush Hour movies.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsThe final movie feels kinda lacking
