This is like the worst movie ever. Do not irreversibly waste an hour and a half of your life on this TRASH. I am speachless. DISASTER.

What they needed in this movie is a young version of Bruce Campbell to make this funny. It also kind of reminds me of some of the English movies made by Hammer Studios in the 1960s. I would love to see the Mystery Science Theater 3000 gang take this movie on--it would be classic.

An awful Sci-Fi Original Movie. The special effects are horrible, the extras in the opening sequence all look to be lifeless hobos found on the streets of LA, and the story is not very interesting. What a waste of the talents of the smashingly gorgeous Morena Baccarin. SMH.

This Film Uses This Truth & Works A Story Around One Of The Rumours Why The Set Was Buried. Priceless Antiques Were Sold To The Set Designers Of The Film, These Antiques Were Supposed To Be Cursed. One Was Supposed To Be Cursed With The Spirit Of Im-La-Ra The God Of Chaos. This Is What This B-Movie Uses As It's Monster/Killer. After Digging Up An Amulet The Spirit Of Im-La-Ra Is Released From His Prison & Being The God Of Chaos Goes On A Killing Spree. The Film May Have A Bad Script, Story & Feature A Lack Of Acting Talent But Is Somewhat Decent In Other Aspects Of Filmaking It's Not A Complete Disaster.

Why did Buford have to die? He was the best character. Dammit!

Great movie and Adam baldwin is a good actor in it

hate it, I thought it was crap, I didn't like it I thought it was crap and I expected better I will watch this again, it starred Adam Baldwin and Dan Castellaneta ( Homer Simpson), but I hated this film, I won't watch it again

Sands Of Oblivion is a movie with a pretty interesting concept but could have been so much more, which I attribute a lot to what probably wasn't a very large budget. There are some pretty talented actors here but some, like Richard Kind and George Kennedy have very small roles. Morena Baccarin looks absolutely stunning which came as no surprise as she usually does. If you like this type of movie, this is worth checking out.

A not really very good, made for the Sci-Fi channel adventure/horror film in the vein of The Mummy. Perfectly entertaining though, and for what it is watchable. A little surprised that nobody can seem to say anything at all positive about this one. Yes the effects are laughable, yes it isn't very original, yes most of the acting is pretty average, but this wasn't made for the big screen. It was always intended to be a TV movie and I think people have been a little too hard on this. This was created to be something you'd watch when nothing else is on, and at that it succeeds I think. At least incidentally. Yeah, all criticisms are valid, I'd still say I enjoyed this quite a bit more than the Transformers movie, or any of the at least equally shitty if not worse big budget Hollywood extravaganzas to be spewed forth in recent years. Not great, but at least average. Watch it if theres nothing else on.
