Saw VI
audience Reviews
, 51% Audience Score- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWhile It is quite gory it's quite boring and only has a few memorable scenes like the shotgun carrousel and piranha.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsNot perfect - but still a film that stands on its own, some of the death traps really pleasantly surprised me.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis feels like a proper evolution of Saw V's plot and story, as well as the series in general, and I love it. It's like a way better version of Saw V, and Saw V has more of a story purpose in hindsight. While the two plotlines are still disconnected, they both feel relevant to the story of Saw and well developed. Firstly, the plotline regarding William Easton. It's great and the traps have irony to them, two in particular being amazing critiques of William and health insurance. We'll talk about the Gallows, as the other will be mentioned later. It's attacking his formula, as according to his formula Addy should die. But when he's faced with seeing the families of both people on the Gallows, it all changes. Also, the Hoffman plotline was great, as it's tense because you know any moment he could be discovered. The scene where the tape for the Pendulum Trap is slowly decoded, revealing Hoffman's voice, Hoffman immediately killing everyone and running, is amazing and tense. It's just a well crafted movie. My favourite trap in this movie was the Shotgun Carousel. It's not as brutal as some of my favourite traps, but it is amazing at being tense and the climax of William's growth. It's also quite tragic as you see six people begging for their lives, and it is a long scene. It's also great how it feels like a critique of William's 1/3 acceptance policy, where only 2 out of 6 can live. It's tense. In fact, so far, this movie has the best traps in the series. Overall, amazing movie and the beginning of the end for the story, even if it's the sixth out of ten. Next up, Saw 3D: The Final Chapter! Apparently this one isn't good, but I'll try to keep an open mind.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAmerican hero Mark Hoffman has had enough with the continuous failings of the American Healthcare system and carries out the same heartless practices they have been dishing out the people for decades.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis is probably my least favorite Saw film of the franchise. The acting is really rough from some characters--the actress that plays Jill got away with her bad acting in previous installments because her parts were brief, but in this one it was hard to watch her make the same "I'm hot but also I'm stressed out" face while being given a lead role. Some of the dialogue, especially in the beginning, is poorly written and very cliché. The twist at the ending is fine, but it's the least impressive one of the series thus far. If you're a fan of the Saw franchise, the movie delivers with a good premise, some good dialogue about the health care industry, more glimpse into the previous films, and new traps/games that we all come to expect from the movies. Some of the traps felt like they really piggy-backed off of previous traps, but some of them were clever. Overall an okay movie, but not great.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsThe carrousel scene is amazing. Love the saw franchise.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsAmazing film, just like every other Saw movie.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best movie in the franchise in my opinion. Both plot lines in the story are fantastic and the ending is spectacular
