More beautiful puzzle of killing spree.

Normally I don't watch trailers as they ruin films, here the synopsis ruined the first act of the film and made it pointless so the less you know the more you get out of it. The torture scenes are truly horrible as you'd expect but that is not the kind of horror I enjoy. It's probably better than most of the sequels but the meaning is lost by now and it's just gory deaths with some semblance of story. It felt less of a Saw film and more a revenge story, Amanda's character seems different now like she has had a personality transplant. The ending is very unsatisfying. This film is fine but I really don't see the point in continuing to watch more after the original trilogy even if you really liked those.

"Saw X" is a thrilling return to the roots of the 2004 original, delivering the gritty, intense horror fans love. It masterfully captures the essence of the franchise while still keeping viewers guessing. A great film that proves Saw is back and as always...with a twist.

Where’s James Wan? Overrated but better than most of the other sequels.

Just watched on Netflix. The “twist” is hugely predictable, the acting predictably awful, the extra layer of morals awfully questionable and overall it left me with one thought: they say each cigarette you smoke knocks 5 minutes off your life.. well that was two hours off mine - should have smoked a whole pack instead.

Great sequel after so many years

Well, it's an odd one. Set between the first and second films, it's a good way to bring Tobin Bell back into the limelight (and he's good), but the juxtaposition between his humanity(??) and his merciless torturing and murdering makes this a peculiar film to watch. John Kramer has good reasons to be angry with the world, but is he really an old softie? Absurd.

This film felt very intense just like previous Saw films but this one demonstrates the hard work over the years!

A really good sequal to the "Saw" triology. Even tough it takes us back to the time when John Kramer was still alive. The story really speaks a lot more and defines what kind of personality the game's host really has.
