Sherlock Holmes

, 77% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhere is part 3? …and 4 and 5, 6, 7. If we can get 10 fast and furious movies then wth?! 😆. (I don’t like F&F movies By the way) This is the best Sherlock Holmes adaptation. Part 1 and part 2 are amazing!! The soundtrack, the humour, wit, plot are all great! The chemistry between Jude Law and Robert Downing Junior is great: “says the man who throws women from trains” 🤣 (that’s part 2). I don’t care about Iron Man. I wanted him to make a bunch of Sherlock Holmes movies cause they were so good!!! Please!! I beg you!! I watch them in theatre. I pay lol.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsR.D.Js adaptation of this wildly estranged yet genius character is all but one the best. Despite the lack of seriousness, the comedy in which portrayed shines "It's hard being the smartest person in the room" view as he mocks the narrow view of his peers. From another perspective, I have ADHD and this peaks functionality of my brain. I enjoy this movie.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsOverall, not bad. First time experiencing Sherlock Holmes content, and it was definitely unlike anything I've seen. RDJ as Sherlock was cool to see, but I laughed how I was just watching an English Tony Stark from the 1890s. Really didn't think the overarching plot fit the whole story, and the antagonist was kind of underwhelming. He did not feel as menacing as he was prolly made out to be. But still look forward to the next one.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBeautifully done and a fun adventure
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove the style the Patina the Sepia. it’s fun. don’t take it so seriously. Fun combo and aesthetic.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGuy Ritchie's adaptation delivers a thrilling and stylish experience. The intricate plot, stunning visuals and breathtaking fight or flight sequences are a testament to Ritchie's masterful storytelling. Robert Downey Jnr and Jude Law have electric chemistry and bring a fresh energy to the characters.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsAlthough it takes a while to get into the mumbly, rapid fire dialogue and adjust expectations to realise the whole thing is very silly, it's actually a fun watch which painstakingly sets up up a thoroughly rubbish sequel. Taken for what it is though, it's a novel and enjoyable film.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsDefinitely worth a watch for those like me who enjoy a good crime thriller and love British and English acting. Ideally, I'd watch it on a rainy day where I'm bored and need a bit of a pick me up.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery well casted, and a nice rainy day watch.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe setting was a feast for the eyes. This is a long story about mystery and crime. The movie is setting in multiples country. Sherlock and Watson are friends. They are all detectives. I like this movie is because the plot is unknown and has a very long timeline. The best moment is when Sherlock and Watson solve the case together.
