A Hidden Gem Dreamworks Classic. It's pretty solid all around. This moves at a very fast pace, easy to follow, and pretty easy to get into. What trips this up from standing with the best is the adventure can feel like stuff just happens (some cooler than others) just for the sake of creative unique things at the start and middle of the adventure. And Sinbad & Marina can be a bit hit or miss together. Especially when they start out together just fighting like a old married couple isn very annoying and it's hard to like either of them for quite a while. So it does buckle quite a bit in the middle. While the hand drawn aspects look great, the CGI is kind of hit or miss. Also, some of the weird jokes about woman can't drive and aren't as good feel so weird and out of place and kind of bad taste that doesn't fit with the world. another issue outside of those 2 the supporting cast of crew mates are very forgettable. The villian is solid and probably the best thing about this with the solid sountrack. Her design is awesome and I wish there was more of her in this. It's nothing that you haven't seen before overall done better but it does recover in the 2nd half quite a bit getting more focused, more of the villian, and they stop being annoying and with the out of place lines. It reminds me a bit of Treasure Planet actually now that I think about it. Anyone who is a fan of any actors in this, Dreamworks, Sinbad, or animated adventures should give this a try.

Michelle Pfeiffer’s voice is not that interesting. She’s just purring around like a sexy kitten. Wish she’d done something less sexualised, and more unique. Very boring choice. Everything else is great!

worst disney movie ever. animation is amazing, 10/10. Yet the writing completely ruined whatever rating the animation was holding. Some things in the story either dont get brought up or its half-assed.

I loved this movie as a kid, and I still love it know! The story is exciting, the animation is stunning and the characters are unforgettable (atleast for me). It's a fun timeless adventure for everyone.

This is one of the worst Dreamworks movies I’ve ever watched. Sinbad is a pretty bad guy, he also stole his best friend’s woman.

Honestly one of my favorite movies from childhood. Even watching as an adult it still has me on the edge of my seat rooting for Sinbad to win.
