Slingshot
audience Reviews
, 66% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI thought it was a really entertaining movie. Two surprises at the end
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe critics are out to lunch on this one. I think this has to do with them seeing so many movies they've lost their perspective to be able to judge them. It's an easy 4 star movie. Suspenseful, taut, paranoid. It had some hallmark's of Pandorum. Story was great and Casey and Laurence always deliver. The ending is cool- I had actually surmised they weren't in space really early in the movie, but then they were? or were they? Didn't love how it ended but loved the ending. An easy add to any collection and enjoyable to watch.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsSlingshot is a solid space drama fueled by suspense and mystery with an ending that delivers.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsI liked it, especially the ending
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis movie was just an unpleasant drag all the way through and ultimately led to nothing that made the long slog worth it. Nothing makes sense along the way and the ending doesn't clarify anything. This was not a story worth telling -- or really even a story.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI wish I had not wasted my time on this movie. Casey should pick his roles better than this.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible ending . All confusion is blamed on drugs. No real story line . And a gun that suddenly appears and disappears. This movie is weird and disappointing.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsA little weird. But good spectre.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsThere's something about a movie that keeps you guessing. this movie does that.. almost too much. I enjoyed it but eventually felt like I never could accept the end as "reality"
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsActing is good but the writing and story telling is dreadful. The only woman in the cast is a sex worker. I cannot believe money was spent to make this.
