Snake Island
audience Reviews
, 22% Audience Score- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsHas the budget of my 7-year-old sister's piggy bank...
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsWatching dumb people do dumb things to escape snakes. Didn't anyone think of using those torches all around the jungle compound to get rid of the snakes? And it seemed every scene where 'we got to make it back to the boat' the trail always seemed longer. But I have give this film a top rating for being the first in cinematic history to use a riding lawn mower to escape the island, chopping up snakes along the path, while cutting grass too!
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsBetween the stiff acting, cheesy effects and dialogue that was bafflingly written by two grown men, there's plenty of unintentional humor to be found in Snake Island. A film like this would be perfectly excusable, and even a great learning experience... if it was done by kids just wanting to have fun. The fact that this was somehow done by adults for adults poses the question: exactly how much did they abuse the open bar they clearly had on set? - Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsSnake Island could be somewhat chilling if the snakes weren't so sneaky, creepy, and perverted.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsOne of those movies that is SO BAD it's enjoyable. I watched this film in 2008, and still remember it 5 years later. It is worthy of a watch if you are bored and looking for some cheap fun.
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsWorst movie I've ever seen. I mean dancing snakes really?!?
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsA lolworthy cheesy horror flick. Worth the time if you and some friends just want to laugh at something bad. Best line in the film? "Is it poisonous!?" in reference to a King Cobra.
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsWho knew snakes could dance to techno.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsInteresting premise of nature and natural selection ideas. mostly corny, but some great snake species and some accuracy information about venom..
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOnly for the scene when the serpents are dancing watching the girls naked.
