It’s shocking that Adam Sandler was willing to act on this stupid boring sorry excuse for a plot.

As a fan of sci-fi, I found this movie developed an interesting new branch on the genre. It's a film about self-inflicted loneliness, retribution, and the opening up of the heart to accept healing... even from an integalactic visitor. It's a visual work of art, and a moving love story. Love across time, space, and species

This is the worse space movie of all time. Slow, boring, too many flash backs, and that ending uuggghhh!!!

This is not a movie for people into superheros and CGI. If you want a thought provoking movie that is well acted, this is definitely for you.

don't get me wrong i love adam sandler, but his acting is really bad i this. this movie is definitely unique but it isnt super compelling

It's a movie about an astronaut who gets therapy sessions from either a made up being in his head or a real being,the movie stays in the middle to let you believe either or but that's the plot point. The ending is unsatisfying,this man is doing something so remarkable traveling to a space cloud that can explain the origins of the galaxy but he's all sad about his wife or ex wife who's pregnant and that's the entire movie. ADAM SANDLER did an amazing job,he pulls you in but after 30 mins in you start to realize this is just a therapy session about a man having marital problems and feels bad for leaving to space. I liked it but somehow disliked it at the same time. If Adam sandler wasn't in this movie I wouldn't even watch it.

This movie was astounding. Seeing Adam Sandler step out of the comedic light and give us a deep and heartwarming performance was amazing, and the story of the movie was intriguing. I definitely recommend this for sci-fi fans!

I created a rotten tomatoes account just to give this movie the lowest review possible. This movie had zero redeeming qualities.

Adam Sandler played it really well, but the side story line was just boring to be honest. But a really good acting from Sandler.

Seriously that was 1 hour and 48 minutes I will NEVER get back! Hahaha! They would have been better off staying on earth and paying for therapy! The only thing that made this movie palatable was the treadmill I was using as I watched this... schlock?!?!? At least I got a good workout!
