Usual trope of city girl returning to her roots and her high school sweetheart and falling in love with country people and old flame. A lot of hate for city types as usual. Dross but expected dross. Watched on DVD.

Classic Rom-Com with a hick twist.

Reese is good. The rest is crap. Predictable plot and ending.

Lovable rom-com. Charming and funny.

In addition to Witherspoon, Lucas and Dempsey, this film resonates with the audience, welcoming and light, with a captivating story and in complete harmony overall.

This is one of the worst films I have ever seen and aged so poorly. There is not a single redeeming quality in any of these characters. It is like the cast of Always Sunny except this one is not funny or ironic.

I must have watched the snoring scene dozens of times by now over and over again. 🤪

Some decent actors/actresses - but just a very boring film. Even the clothes the 'fashion designer' made were very dull.
