Total crap, no tension, bad acting.

    Dumb movie, dumb ending.

Takers delivers on exactly what was advertised. Over-the-top action, some interesting heists, poor acting, even poorer character development and an overall entertaining popcorn flick. Honestly, my biggest gripe with this film is the surplus of characters with minimal development. Take out the brothers or swap them for the Walker/Elba duo and there could have been something there. Unfortunately, because of the shallow characters and relationships, the third act redemption feels unwarranted. Looking at the writing credits, everything makes sense: re-writes and too many writers in the room made for a convoluted mess. That being said, seeing a tattooed, fedora-wearing Hayden Christensen made this movie worth it. Best Character: AJ Best Quote: "We're takers, gents. That's what we do for a living. We take." - Gordon Best Scene: Hotel w/ the Russians Best Piece of Score: All Signs Point to It

Pretty muck like HEAT but very good performances by Elba, Walker and Dlllon. Typical fare but highly enjoyable

A hot mess. The editing and constant camera cuts make this movie almost unwatchable. Manic editing is not a replacement for story or action and this film proves it.

It is BAD. The worst thing about the film is that it starts off not too bad and you will have watched so much of it before you realise how bad it actually is that you will want to finish watching to see if it gets any worse. There will be Zero surprises as all of the plot twists are stolen from other, better, films…

Entertaining, not a film that professional film critics will go for, but for the average Joe it's a good film to watch when you just need some action and don't need to listen or see everything to know what's going on, watched it when it came out in 2010, and 13 years later it still entertains
