The Addams Family 2

This movie is such a weird money grab. The plot is so weird and they dropped any continuity form the first film. They blow off the weak argument that the children had never left the estate to suddenly going on a road trip. They were located in New jersey so how was Wednesday switched at birth if the parents wanted them to stay where it was safe and the other 'parents' were form California?? Also what happened to the previous cast from the town? I feel like it could have been simple to have Parker or the twins at the science fair before the family left? I know this is a kids movie but the scientist father storyline seems so incredibly forced especially at the end. For a five year old this might not matter but for older audiences this is a big no.

As a big fan of *The Addams Family*, I was excited but kept my expectations low for *The Addams Family 2*. The casting is solid, and the animation is decent, but the movie falls flat in many areas. It feels more like a collection of separate skits rather than one cohesive story, which really detracts from the experience. The film is clearly aimed at kids, with a few decent jokes sprinkled throughout, but it lacks that signature *Addams Family* atmosphere and dark charm that makes the franchise so unique. The Wednesday storyline was a major letdown and didn’t feel true to her character, making the overall plot feel generic. This isn't the *Addams Family* story fans would hope for. While it may entertain younger audiences, it needed much more of that quirky, gothic essence to truly shine. A missed opportunity for something greater.

Il film, pur non brillando per originalità nella trama, offre un'ora e mezza di puro divertimento con gag visive, humor nero e situazioni paradossali. L'animazione è di ottima qualità, con uno stile gotico e cartoonesco che rende omaggio al fumetto originale. In definitiva, "La famiglia Addams 2" è un sequel godibile che punta tutto sui personaggi, sulle loro eccentricità e sulle loro relazioni disfunzionali ma piene di affetto. È un film perfetto per Halloween, ma anche per chi cerca una commedia leggera e fuori dagli schemi.

Absolutely Horrible

Like its predecessor, "The Addams Family 2" is well made and animated. The voice cast does a very good job in their respective roles for the most part. Unfortunately, that is all the good things I can say about the movie. I found the movie rather dull. I never thought I would say that about an Addams Family movie. I also was not impressed at all with the main story. It could not have been more obvious where the story was going. I do not want to say more to avoid spoilers. In the end, "The Addams Family 2" is not the worst movie I have seen, but it could have been better.

This is the first movie I have watched in a time because of my tumors, this movie was very werid that's for sure

Cute wholesome movie that’s just as good as the first in my opinion. Good story with a little bit of a twist. Worth a watch for sure.
