Besides a very inspirational historical event, the acting and portrayals in this movie are just off the charts.

A KKK chapter president and a civil rights activist clash over school integration in 1971 North Carolina. If you enjoyed Men of Honor (Robert Deniro, Cuba Gooding) you'll enjoy this. For sure! And it's a true story so you'll learn some interesting U.S. history too.

I loved this film. It made me wish my dad were still around to watch it with me. I know he would have really enjoyed it. It's definitely a feel-good movie, but sometimes that's exactly what you need.

"What will you do when there's nothing left to fight about?" ... sums up the movie pretty well. This is a great story and everyone should see it at least once.

Very interesting story with good lead actors. Gitcsoapy in parts but loved seeing the real people talk at the end . Bravery comes in many unexpected people

The usual tedious US obsession.

I did not know anything of this film when I saw it. In the last parts I thought that story was too unrealistic. I was really surprised when the end of film informed me that it was a true story.

I love seeing true stories on screen and I loved this movie. Taraji P. Henson and Sam Rockwell are both fantastic in it! So glad I discovered it.
