Just a good old time that is surprisingly thought provoking at the same time. Ignore the "professional critics", they have no sense of humor and the more intelligent parts of the movie just sail right passed their over inflated heads.

Loved the first half, not so much the second half. It was a comedy and then it was all serious and it was a little muddled. It’s worth a watch it has some really funny moments. The first half is hilarious then it becomes a bit upsetting. If you enjoy a bit of blasphemy in your movie you’ll absolutely love it.

This movie was a muddled mess. The first 45 minutes or so was pretty boring until the story finally started developing. There were some jokes and clever bits but it hardly felt like comedy. The last 40 minutes spoofed a lot of biblical stories about Jesus, and that will offend a lot of people. I'm not religious, and I did not have a problem with that, I just didn't like the movie.

Book of Clarence has some really strong moments and some ambitious direction, but an overstuffed story and a wildly inconsistent tone prevent this from reaching it's high potential.

Much smarter than most people will give it credit for. I won’t spoil it. But I feel like this is how atheists woulda reacted to the Messiah. It’s hilarious. And sure to rub people the wrong way if they’re hardcore Christians. For one thing Jesus is accurately non-white.

This was an instant classic! The acting was superb. Just enough comedy to lighten the mood for the serious parts of the movie.

This was a very Interesting movie and I loved it. Although some parts were a little off, the movie still held a good decency of comedy and I got a couple of laughs in it deserves to be recognized

Such a good movie. I’m surprised it lost money at the box office. Nothing blasphemous about this movie at all…. Loved it. Jeymes delivered as always.

The Book of Clarence offers a unique and thought-provoking perspective on the life of Jesus, blending humor and tragedy in a way that resonates deeply. As a Catholic, I found the film to be respectful and insightful, steering clear of any blasphemous interpretations. Its hidden meanings are beautifully woven into the narrative, culminating in a powerful message that lingers long after the credits roll. This film is not just an exploration of faith; it's a poignant reminder of the complexities of life and the enduring power of hope.
