The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
audience Reviews
, 58% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI watched this multiple times throughout my childhood, and have continued watching it as an adult. It's not the Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, but the sense of fantasy and pure wonder it instilled within me as a child has remained untouched as the years have gone on. There is no better ending for Reepicheep than the land of Aslan. There is no greater arc for Eustace than seeing the monster he was and overcoming it (with some help). Edmund finally gets his own life without the shadow of Peter, and Lucy gets to realize that she can love who she is and not see who she thinks she should be. Despite what others have said, I still believe the CG in this movie is phenomenal and is used with far more class than many other movies today.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsAnother good Narnia movie. I love this movie, but it isn't as good as the other two films in the franchise.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI LOVED IT!!!!! BETTER THAN PRINCE CASPIAN!!!!! PLEASE MAKE THE SILVER CHAIR!!!!
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsThe CGI is lacking, especially for 2010 but overall the story is fun, That is nearly as good as the other But it’s still worth a watch. In my opinion, what are the dialogue is quite well written and emotionally moving. Good piece of art.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsAt least it’s better than the second
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsAlthough the fantasy feel of its predecessors are still kept intact and its light hearted nature makes it appealing to kids especially in some of the scenes that conveys a message, this is a poorly paced, bland and underwhelming movie that has a plot and characters devoid of a lot of spark and personality, ultimately making this a disorderly product with little distinct value.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGood acting and visuals, but has a slow pace.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsIt's ok but the plot is way too off the original novel and is kind of ludicrous but for Narnia fans it's still enjoyable seeing Lucy and Edmund back in narnia
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsActing is good but they butchered a great book.
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsThis movie so boring. This movie is the most horrible trequel I have ever seen. Don't watch this, this isn't a good movie and it isn't entertaining. Worst of the narnia series
