The Forgotten Battle
audience Reviews
, 82% Audience Score- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due, and this film deserves ample credit for the quality of its costumes, sets, props, and sound design. However, it suffers from a meandering script and mostly less-than-memorable characters. I found it difficult to follow the story at times, and I didn't find myself caring enough about any of the characters to be truly invested in the film's outcome.

- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsBefore watching this film I had no prior knowledge of it and no particular expectation. However, I found it engrossing and extremely realistic. It made me reflect on what being a soldier could be like and I thought of my grandad who fought in the First World War. Ultimately, I found it very moving.

- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsQuite good with very little wrong with it, much unlike most contemporary films (*esp. around this subject matter) today - Don't watch it DUBBED, Opt in for the Subtitles in different languages so as not to break immersion - you can't really do much better in 2020 + if you have even a passing interest in the Largest War ever fought during our run as a "Civilization."
