The Girl Who Believes in Miracles

, 93% Audience Score- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe film "The Girl Who Believes in Miracles" caught our attention after seeing it all over TikTok and in various memes, prompting us to seek it out. I anticipated it would be an entertaining and creative take on faith-based storytelling. While the miracles depicted were somewhat underwhelming and not particularly thrilling, they did manage to evoke some emotional moments that allowed for a connection with the characters. However, the pacing was so brisk that it left little room for deeper engagement; many of the characters felt more like background figures after their moments of healing. There were also a few overly sentimental scenes that made it challenging to fully absorb the narrative, such as the whimsical moment of Jesus walking over the water. It felt more fitting for a comedic context rather than the serious tone the film aimed to convey. I was hoping for a profound spiritual experience throughout the film, but it fell short of that aspiration. While it was charming and well-crafted in its own right, the rushed pacing detracted from its potential impact. The acting was decent, but I couldn't help but think how much more powerful the film could have been with a bit more time to develop its story and characters. With a more measured approach, it could have truly shined.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've never written a movie review, so I'll keep this short.. I seen a clip of this movie via a YouTube short and it made me want to google and watch the film. Recently I have not been able to sit through a whole movie, I get bored and finish it later.. not with this one.. I sat and watched the whole 1 hour and 30 minutes of this film.. I cried a few times, especially when Sara brought back the dog to life and balled my eyes out when she passed away.. For a film to grab your emotions and twist them the way this one did.. The director definitely did exactly what she/he should be doing by story telling. I will say most of the acting was a little cheesy but the girl who played Sara is a real star as she definitely made the movie and you get VERY attached to her and the story.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat movie for when it come to believing in miracles
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI initially thought that the miracles in this movie are too good to be true. But I remembered God's sacrifice, mercy, grace and love and they are too good to be true as well. But they still are true.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSweet story about believing in a higher power such as God.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWell done. Powerful. Highly recommend.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis movie exercises serious overkill on the miracles. It's made to seem as though Jesus is walking the Earth all over again, only in the form of a little girl. The story would almost be good if there wasn't so much excessive healing going on. But why can't she heal herself? I'm all for faith based movies but this one takes the cake...
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsYou know what? Even though it was a religious movie...I actually kinda liked it. The acting was pretty decent too.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsI thought it was a good spiritual uplifting movie about the power of a little girl trying to make a difference in the world with her positive spirit and belief in God.
