The Goonies remains a nostalgic classic to this day after 40 years. 🏴‍☠️

Great film, must watch. I'm going back to the 80's to find good stuff for my kids to watch.

Kids searching for the treasure to save their home. 80s crass humor and every little kid's dream of finding treasure.

This movie was hilarious! I rewatched it earlier today because we forgot to on the 40th anniversery, and it was an awesome story. I really like Data and his projects, along with Sloth and his chaos! All of the goonies were just fun characters in general, and it made this movie a great watch. I'm inevitably going to get my best friend to watch this as well just to see her face.

Fantastically adventurous cult classic with just the right tone for what it is. Every now and then though, the script takes some shortcuts that pulls you out of the suspense. Some scenes are a bit too chaotic and messy, which effectively disproves the rumour that in fact Spielberg was The Goonies' director. Though highly entertaining, it lacks the Spielberg finesse.

This movie was released when I was 12. I saw it and thought, "I'm so glad none of my friends are like this". Watched it again several years later; it's very obnoxious.

Filme mais ou menos, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são mais ou menos, o elenco é bacaninha, e poucos ajudam a melhorar o filme, a história é fraca, os personagens sao fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes para fazer o filme ser bom.

The Goonies is 1 of the best movies ever made, I remember seeing in the theatre, I was 12 years when it came out, I went with my family and my family loved the movie, and I remember at the end, the audience clapping. I have wanted a sequel ever since it came out, and I am beyond excited that they are doing a sequel, and I really wish the original cast would be in the movie. I’m really glad they’re not doing a reboot, but that it’s going to be an actual sequel to the original because many reboots do not do well. and of course, everybody loves Cyndi Lauper’s The Goonies ‘R’ Good enough Theme song & her Music Video (Watch it on YouTube) it’s a 2 part music video & she used the cast from the movie for the music video & I really hope they ask her to do a new song for the sequel Also I am surprised that the score on here for the movie isn’t a solid 10 & it should be 10 across the board.
