The Happytime Murders

Movie is AMAZING! It's a movie about humans and puppets co-existing in a "real" Los Angeles city setting. There is cursing, suggestive nudity and sexual acts that take place so this movie is NOT for children whatsoever. This movie is for adults who have a loose sense of humor who wish to watch "The Muppets" in a new, adult light. The story isn't complex nor is it intense but that doesn't take away from the humor Melissa McCarthy brings to forefront of the film. The snide remarks, back-and-forth banter, and the wild things you hear these puppets say is just stupidly relatable to the real world that you can't help but laugh. Movie is incredible but don't take these other "critics" seriously, they have no flavor. 5/5 easily.

Surprised. Most raunch is clever rather than 4 yr old level. Old school murder mystery vibe with a well laid out story. Dramatic moments are surprisingly effective.
