This movie is so disrespectful and shameful with repulsive pornographic violence and distasteful writing and directing and really bad editing.

This movie felt really boring, and fails to be a home invasion film or a crime documentary

Sometimes you don't crave a Sacher Torte; you want a Twinkie or one of those pink snowballs you find only in convenience stores. Sure, this movie has all the old formula chestnuts - - the tormented mother protecting her child, the Uber-skeptical husband - - but you have to love the retro nostalgia (shades of Poltergeist) and I'm pretty sure I want that late 1980s hairstyle sported by Sharon Lawrence at the movie's start. Sometimes, against all odds in the favor of pretension, only a Twinkie can satisfy.

Don't believe all the critics shaming the movie. It is smart and disturbing and really scary. Worth watching for sure.

The credits song actually being Mansons is highly offensive and should be removed. Besides that, the movie is meh. The camera work and the production design was better than the rest.

I cant recall seeing something exploiting real murder story as bad as this movie did. Main idea of Sharon Tate being haunted with vision of her brutal death doesn't stick well. I couldn't force my self to see grand finale . It was awful and boring

If a film wants to dramatize a real-life event, let alone an impactful tragedy, then fictionalizing it has to be careful without offending the real-life victims. This film went with the alternate spin of predicting the real-life horror through formulaically associated premonitions that only overkilled into a slasher flick and brought the victims into paranoia hysterics but accurately made the animalistic culprits downright sickly chilling, through indecisive cinematography with numbed process.

This movie is horribly bad in every way. The writing, the acting, the direction. It would be funny, except that it's also very disrespectful to Sharon Tate's family to make a dumb, exploitative movie like this.

It's really difficult to see past the awful acting, which is cringeworthy and unbelievable, but the story itself makes you solider on. I'm only currently half way through the film, I've had to take a break as it's stressing me out. Not the violence, or the offensive portrayal of Sharon Tate and her mental state, but because the acting is just that bad. It's hard to watch because of it too.
