A holiday romcom that does everything I normally hate, but mostly kinda almost pulls it off.

Für mich der romantischte Film mit hervorragender Besetzung und guten Dialogen. Wenn auch vieles vorhersehbar ist, fühle ich mich sehr gut unterhalten. Jedes Jahr zur Weihnachtszeit wieder!

The cast allures you to the movies and makes you genuinely want to watch it but the whole script is too easy, the actors are somehow corny and there is no real feeling behind this movie, it even gets uncomfortable most times. I would not tell anyone to watch this movie.

The creation of a good movie has many characteristics. The holiday Love Story has the Ups & downs of relationships. From the feel good moments, laughter and then the deep feeling of emotional loss. Finding new life and love. One of my go to movies while chilling.

Grossly overrated sickly nonsense. I didn’t care about one character which is poor baring in mind I invested 2 and a half hours of my life watching this tripe.

It's my go-to movie at the holidays. It's entertaining, great casting and acting, and who wouldn't want to be in either place--Surrey and L.A.--at Christmas time. The two little girls in the film are charming.

Heart warming. While some of the acting isn't the best, the story and strength of other characters more than makes up for it. Don't listen to the critic rating!

It’s one of the best Romantic Christmas movies. I lived the cast and just watching Jude Law it’s worth your time.

I accidently saw this movie this weekend. Who in the world thought this was a good movie to make after reading the awful script? A step above a Hallmark movie only because of slightly better acting.

I would describe The Holiday as 'comfort viewing'. Worth watching every 7-10 years around Christmas time, good enough to be enjoyable and almost classic but not a masterpiece. A negative aspect I noticed watching is this time was...I am now just older than all of the main actors at the time of filming. I remember them feeling so much older the first time I watched it! Oh well.
