- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe Invisible Man is a tense, smart thriller that modernizes a classic with chilling effectiveness. Elisabeth Moss delivers a powerful performance, and the film builds suspense through clever direction and atmosphere. A few predictable moments aside, it's a gripping and emotionally resonant ride.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAmazing reboot. The feeling of the main character in extreme fear of her boyfriend and her knowing he is alive when everyone else won’t believe her is already nerve racking to me. Add in the amazing suspense and wonderful effects of the invisible man suit. Everything about this movie is sad and I love the ending as it is the one time she actually felt sort of happy. I love this reboot and find it very true but still modern to the original.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAn absolute masterpiece of suspense and psychological horror! The Invisible Man keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. Elisabeth Moss delivers a phenomenal performance, portraying fear and resilience so powerfully. The story is gripping, the pacing is perfect, and the cinematography creates a chilling atmosphere that pulls you into the terror. This is not just a thriller—it’s a deeply emotional and smartly crafted film that sticks with you long after the credits roll. Highly recommend!
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsThe Invisible Man was a big surprise for me, I thought I wouldn't like this well-constructed and elaborate thriller film, of course the script at the beginning is slow and rough but with time It just keeps getting better. Rating 9.0
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsSenza alcun dubbio, una graditissima sorpresa. I colpi di scena non mancano e la storia è senza alcun dubbio originale.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAfter a woman leaves her abusive boyfriend, he uses his ability to become invisible to stalk and terrorize her. The Invisible Man is a fantastic suspense horror film. I loved the performances, the atmosphere, and the tense opening sequence. The whole concept of being watched by someone/something that can see you but you can’t see it, is terrifying! I appreciate a horror movie that doesn’t rely on predictable jump scares, but rather using the suspense to create a feeling of dread and anticipation. I loved how you had to pay attention to certain scenes or shots to try and notice subtle hints that the invisible man is there, like slight noises, or an object moving on its own. It really creeps you out Overall, I enjoyed this modern adaptation of H.G. Wells’s classic novel. It was well acted, written, and directed, and the cinematography and music were outstanding. I definitely recommend giving this film a watch!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsSuch a well done reimagining of the story
