Watching this movie required immense effort and courage. It brought a deep sense of pain and allowed me to vividly visualize the rich history intertwined within it.

Phenomenal, eye opening. A genocide which the whole world ignored. The only issue is, the extent of violence and hate from radicals shown here is far less than what actually happened. Many kashmiri pandits told me whats being shown is not even 5% of the atrocity that actually happened.

Dark truth of Kashmir, atleast anupam kher tried to show the reality of kashmir otherwise bollywood can never make such great documentery..... Obviously some dogs will surely bark so hard after looking this movie "so called secular".

The truth can be much more complex than we expect. The truth often reveals layers of complexities that challenge our initial perceptions. We were unaware of the reality of Kashmir for so many years. We know that we have not been able to get them justice till now, but at least through this film they have tried to get justice for the Kashmiri Pandits.

A Harrowing and Unflinching Tale The Kashmir Files," directed by Vivek Agnihotri, is a powerful film that unravels the tragic history of the Kashmiri Pandit exodus. The story follows Krishna (Darshan Kumar) uncovering his family's past, depicting the brutal realities faced by the Pandit community in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Anupam Kher's portrayal of Pushkar Nath is deeply moving, capturing profound anguish and resilience. The supporting cast, including Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi, deliver strong performances. Agnihotri's direction is bold, presenting the events with raw authenticity, although the graphic nature might be overwhelming for some. The cinematography and music beautifully complement the film's somber tone. "The Kashmir Files" is a poignant and thought-provoking film that brings attention to an often neglected issue, serving as a testament to the resilience of the Kashmiri Pandit community.

The acting by Anupam Kher Pallavi Joshi were too good and I liked that they had a real Kashmiri guy speaking his opinion showing the ground realities Wondering why people disregard the fact that the atrocities happened with Kashmiri Pandits were way more than depicted in this Blabbering "this movie caused communal hate" won't make you an intellectual Why can't you digest this harsh truth
