The idea and plot had great potential, but unfortunately, it was poorly executed. Some of the acting was questionable, and the realism of the underwater scenes left much to be desired. I found myself questioning whether some of the actions depicted could actually be done underwater, which left me confused at times. This is a skip and try something else in my opinion

I don’t see why this movie didn’t get a better rating or these so called critics. This was way better including the acting and scripted than Sharks In Paris! Loved it

Gave me 47 metres down vibes wasn’t on the edge of my seat watchable but not great no suspense as a shark film disappointing

Very, very good film to watch, I was carried away by the story, the plot was unpredictable and surprising, I liked everything including the actors, I'm waiting for your next project

Good movie, I’ve known one of these actors my whole life and I can say it feels weird to see him on screen all actors and actresses have done so well to learn how to act underwater and scuba dive cannot be easy well done guys really enjoyed it

I enjoyed this film much more than I expected I would. There was ample bloody carnage and surprisingly I found the characters interesting to the point that I actually cared about whether or not some would survive which is a big plus. I especially liked the dynamic between Noah and Sam and how Jack Parr and Kim Spearman brought those characters to life. I thought it did a great job creating claustrophobic confusion and plausible panic for the characters in the situation of being lost in a maze of a submerged wreckage with air running out and sharks blocking their exit. It was a refreshing change from the 'slasher film' model that most recent shark films use. If you enjoy this genre it's definitely worth the watch.

    Didn’t like it as much

Probably one of the worst films I've ever watched, storyline is non existent and the acting (if you can call it that) is also no existent. Save your money, go and paint a wall and watch it dry, I promise you, it will be more exciting to watch.

Sometimes it's good that you come across all the negative reviews before you actually get to watch the movie. You are aware of the bad press but decide to watch it anyway, which is what I did with The Last Breath. Is it a spectacular movie? No. Is it as bad as what the reviews paint it to be? No. If you have a pre-awareness of the bad reviews, you tend to go in with the lowest possible expectations and when it is not as awful as you witness, it becomes a rather pleasant surprise. The plot may be predictable as well as the characters involved, but there are some pretty non-stupid decisions, which is what made this a more than average shark thriller.
