The Last House on the Left

I knew I should have stop watching half hour in. I knew the brutality against the girls was just going to be excessive. After one girl was getting raped 45 minutes in I fast forward to the end. That didn't erase the stink of this unpleasant experience.

Gripping but exploitative drama, hard to watch. But a very satisfying finale.

Really enjoyed the film, first hour was a really tough one to watch especially as a father myself. On edge throughout, Wes Craves does it again

So creepy and unnerving.

It's not that great, bit it's definitely better than the original

The last house on the left (remake), manages to capture and correct everything bad that the original presented, thank goodness they remade it.

It's pretty good. The thing asked me to write more, so I'm writing more.

If you can get passed the first half with scenes that drag on for too long, uneffective character devlopent and the tryhardy acting, there are some genuine and worth-while thrills combined with great gore. Despite all the problems, i still find it to be better than the original.

This is one of those films that had a lot of potential with decent acting, but all the in-between scenes are slow and you find yourself fast forwarding through it to see what happens.
