Enjoyable action film set in the past

Great storyline. The entire cast is explicit and authentic. The soundtrack is amazing, makes It more dramatic.

As Epic as any American Historical Adventure it's a powerful and moving film about a journey for a peaceful history with great writing, acting and beautiful cinematography, costume and production design

For most Americans, struggling with subtitles and understanding another culture is just too difficult. I love foreign movies. With a mixture of action and misadventure, redemption, understated romance, humor, and maybe the start of the winter Olympics, this Norwegian Origin story has plenty for everyone.

Historical and entertaining.

A man seeks redemption through protecting the infant heir to the throne of Norway. Some exciting action sequences. It's almost enough to make me want to learn how to ski. (Damn you, Game of Thrones, for conditioning me into seeing Lannisters and Littlefingers in all these period pieces.)
