The Last Supper
audience Reviews
, 80% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJamie Ward gave a great performance as playing Jesus. Soft spoken, but strong. As Jesus must truly be. Luv the mystical tone/parts in the move. Enjoyed, so much. Much see. Why is Jamie Ward not on the credit list, he did play, Jesus?
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsGreat spiritual understanding of the Eucharist!!! Thank you God!
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is my report on the new movie: Last Supper! Watch only if you have a death sentence pending! Terrible…..such a disappointment. And Jesus is a very, very hard act to ever follow…..the actor in the movie looks like the son of Charles Manson…and with super bad hair …What a damn shame on a great idea. Director Mauro super hyped the making of the movie very interesting. I fell asleep twice and never finished it…..yoi! My death sentence has been commuted. Don’t bother….$24.99 was a waste!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI cried through the entire movie. I Loved it.
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsThe only believable actor was John. Judas was portrayed here as a caricature of a person, and the story seemed to be more about Judas than Jesus. Many parts were soulless and pedantic, and then other random things were added to scenes that were not of the Bible, nor did they add to the story. As a Christian we bought the movie rather than renting because I saw good reviews overall and thought we might watch it again another Lenten season–now I wish we had only rented it. Oh well.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI actually hated this film. The Spirit of this film was not edifying, but a host to fear and anxiety. As Characters were portrayed as anxious, most notably Peter, showing no fruits of peace or faith in Christ. In this film Jesus was portrayed as timid and vague, not the biblical record of strength, love, Charisma ,virtue and courage and spontaneity we see in scripture. This is like a little horror film and I hate it. I love God, I love Jesus and I love the word, but this is a defect from truth, and I don't believe it is a product of true saints or the Holy Spirit of God.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIt was a good movie not as good as the passion but it was worth the watch .
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis movie was amazing and followed the Bible quite well. Very professionally acted, directed, and produced.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsAll are welcome at the table. The Last Supper is a 2025 American biblical drama film co-written and directed by Mauro Borrell ✝️ The title is a little deceptive because it is about a lot more than just the last supper. While it is well directed and the settings are good, there is really nothing new or different here… Not bad, but not my favourite either 😉It’s ok, but I feel mixed about this one 😉I’d recommend it if you like this genre, but if not then probably give it a miss 👍🏼👎🏼 In the days leading to betrayal, a gathering of disciples unravels into a web of secrets and hidden motives. As tensions simmer beneath the surface, trust is tested, and loyalty is questioned. The Last Supper becomes a night where nothing is as it seems, and every glance hides a deeper truth
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsReally enjoyed this movie the way all the characters are portrayed as real men and women not so Hollywood. Costumes well made and the landscape amazing. This movie is definitely a must see.
