The Lost City

This wants soo bad to be Romancing the Stone, but it can't even be Jewel of the Nile... It's fun enough to be a passable time-waster, but it's not compelling or unique enough to leave a lasting impression.

Cute movie. Nothing earth-shaking. A few surprises. Sandra Bullock still has it. Daniel Radcliffe as the light-weight heavy. Fun, easy watch.

Wow. This movie has an 83% from audiences and a 79% from critics?! This just shows you how far Hollywood has fallen that a piece of rubbish as bad as this movie is can garner than kind of a score. Unreal. There was basically nothing redeeming about this film. The acting is awful, the plot has been done 1000x and it's not funny or suspenseful. About the only thing that makes this movie worth watching is the 5 or so minutes Brad Pitt appears in it and then his, spoiler alert, untimely and unexpected demise. If you can't find anything to watch do yourself a favor and just go to bed. You'd be better off.

This is a good film but not a great one. It has its ups and a lot of parts that drag. Overall it is entertaining.

Great concept for a movie and I was super excited to watch it. But I only lasted watching it halfway through before I got way too annoyed. From what I gathered this movie was supposed to represent the female gaze/ relatability. BUTTTTT she had so many choices to demand to not be in that sequen jumpsuit or in stiletto heels and she never requested to be in more comfortable clothes while stuck in the jungle and all they need her to do is translate something.

had very low expectations but loved so much, specially the mix between adventure, romance, action, and even some fun

Definitely recommend like Jumonji Kinda movie

There is too little that is new or likable in the script.
