Slow low budget action horror that really isn't very good.

This movie Kicks Butt! Feels like a Monster movie from the 80’s, like the type I rented on VHS back in the days! Love it!

i found this movie in eventbrite i decided check it out since poster n traier looked fun i happeded to be first person in line at the bruin theater in westwood CA then someone saw that i was first person in lineon the first day playing in theaters so they came up to me and gave me a free THE PREY:Legend of karnoctus souvenir T-shirt and he signed it when i asked him to i did not realize i was talking to cire the director of the film!so i asked the actors sign the t-shirt also since i found out this was the first ever world premiere!!! althought i am deaf,i still enjoyed the film since im able to read lips.the action and monster were super cool, the afghani sasquatch karnoctus was old school man in a monster suit practical effects so i love that kind of stuff!i heard the asian soldier in the movie also played the monster! there was spiders, rap battles, big explosions, dead bodies, hallucinations, and even strippers! lol:) overrall the film felt like an 80's throwback movie like predator but with a new tonque in cheek, not so serious a-team style! i look forward to more movies by cire & his brother matthew hensman. im excited to see what they can make next! hopefully there is even more monsters in their next movie!!!
