The Stranger From Venus

What's another word for "interminable?" Stay with me for the next 2 hours as I try to think of one. And you'll get some idea of what I'm trying to say about this movie.

This movie was nothing more than a remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still, complete with the female protagonist to be played by Patricia Neal, but with a much smaller budget and English accents.

An interesting story at first, but it leads to a formulaic sci-fi ending. I sort of liked it but I sort of didn't. see for yourself.
