The Tearsmith delivers a moody and emotionally charged romance with striking visuals and strong chemistry between its leads. While the plot can be confusing at times, its atmospheric style and passionate tone make it a memorable watch for fans of dark, dramatic love stories.

I actually loved this movie. It’s definitely a bit of a tough watch because of the European dub. But it’s dark and moody and different. If you like romances but want something a little different it’s certainly that. I would 100% watch again.

This is that movie that feels like a car crash that you simply can’t look away from. You love it and you hate it but once you start it you can’t stop it.

First, it has so many cut scenes that it is a disaster. What kind of offspring is that in the end? What happened with Margaret?? Why do they fall in love in 3 seconds? Why is a dude chasing them at max speed 2km/h?

It's an amazing movie I highly recommend.

I love this movie because of its perfect soundtrack, which blends seamlessly with every scene, making it feel like the music was created specifically for those moments. The cinematography is stunning, with many clear and beautifully framed shots. The film's dialogue and script enhance its emotional depth, making it even more captivating. The romantic shots are perfectly executed, and the actors, especially the main lead Biondo, deliver outstanding performances. The way the main character expresses love without explicitly showing it, yet protecting and supporting their love against the world, adds a deep and heartfelt touch to the story. However, I would cut 0.5 points because, in some scenes, the pacing feels a bit too slow. But overall, it’s a fantastic movie!

It was a bit hard to get through in the middle. The plot hole of “why on earth would two parents adopt a teen boy and girl” was distracting. But the ending was satisfying and left a good feeling in my heart.

This utterly confusing movie stole almost 2 precious hours of my life. The piss-poor plot of this comes almost close to that of Twilight. What was the moral of the story? No idea. The novel version was probably better but the continous reference to fairytailes, wolves and tearsmiths was a ginormous ick. Also the dude was trying to be an alpha so hard it almost broke my will to live. Also the fact that music was running underneath the entire time made it seem very unserious and music video like. A huge no from me.
