Even better than Part 1, in my opinion, but I have also read the books. I think that some of the political tension and twists are lost without understanding the backstory. I'm surprised it has lower ratings than Part 1. Must-see movies. I hope they continue with more Parts. It has inspired me to re-read the series of epic literature.

This follow up to D'artagnan Part I is a brilliant second half of the story filled with action, adventure and classic story telling. The soundtrack, picturesque locations and buildings bring the viewer along for the ride steeping them into the rich historic plot and feelings of 17th century France. A brilliant cinematic experience that feels like something that should be associated with the likes of Erroll Flynn.

A great sequel to the first one. Nice twisted plot with a lot of drama and humor. Pretty well done fight sequences with solid cinematography. Too bad they couldn't shoot the third part right away. Four years is a long time to wait but hopefully they'll get it done.

This is one of the worst movies I’ve seen in a long time. I forced myself to watch the whole thing, hoping that it would somehow improve given the positive reviews in RT. But, a very thin plot and terrible dialogue sunk the file. In addition, the CGI in the film was awful, the sword fighting scenes were lame. Don’t waste your time even if you saw part 1 of the The Three Musketeers: D’Artagnan.

A thrilling and enthralling second instalment to a classic novel. Flawlessly accomplishing its aims of presenting us with a fully fleshed out assortment of characters and a fantastical atmosphere to match. Eva Green shines brightest, as she gives her all to this adventure as the titular character. A beautiful and action packed movie to watch again and again.

Was so glad the second film was available as soon as I'd watched the first. Can't wait for more.

Holding umbrellas in the sixteen hundreds, how quaint enough to make me stop watching.

It's so faithful to the original story. I knew how it would end because I knew the story but I still felt like the first time I read it. SO good. Can't wait for the third part of the movie

Picking up right where the first one left off, milady revolves around Eva Green's character - and even leaves it open ended for more.

More plot than its predecessor but that is something of a necessity. Also more Eva Green is never a bad thing.
